Shipping policy

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Unless otherwise noted, all items are made to order. Products will take 3-5 weeks to be produced depending on the item. Production starts after the website closes, usually 1 1/2 weeks after each drop date. Once shipped, you will receive all shipping notifications. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive after production. If any orders are delayed, there will be a 10-business-day wait, and you'll be notified ASAP.

PRE-MADE PRODUCTS

All pre-made products will be shipped in 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed and processed. Please allow 24-48 hours for your item to be processed and shipped.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation number. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, tracking information will be provided via the email associated with your order. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after production and packaging are completed.
